After sales method one

Telephone Handling: After receiving a report of a malfunction, our staff will strive to provide one-on-one troubleshooting and guidance via phone or WeChat video within 5 to 10 minutes. If replacement of parts is necessary, upon confirming the malfunction, we will arrange for the delivery of the parts by courier on the same day and provide video guidance for the installation (except for legal holidays and force majeure).

After sales method two

If the problem still cannot be solved by the first method, within Guangdong Province, efforts will be made to arrange on-site maintenance personnel within 12 to 24 hours (except for legal holidays and force majeure events). When the fault video in other provinces cannot be processed, small parts will be sent by our company, and video guidance will be provided for on-site personnel to replace them.

If neither Method One nor Method Two can meet your company's requirements, you can contact our responsible person to negotiate and customize the corresponding technical training and after-sales service plans.

Note: During the warranty period, if the machine operates normally and encounters non-human-induced abnormal issues as per the contract, our company will fulfill the warranty obligations as stipulated, and the corresponding costs for spare parts and labor will be borne by our company. For damages caused by human error, uncontrollable factors, or damages beyond the warranty period, we can provide maintenance services within the equipment's usage period, and only charge the reasonable cost of spare parts. Our company also provides long-term product usage guidance and after-sales consultation services.

Warranty service: All the machines of our company are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase; maintenance services are provided during the equipment's usage period; consumables such as molds and blades are not covered by the warranty, and damage caused by human factors is not included in the warranty scope.
